Here at St John's we have a number of groups for pre-schoolers - some during the week and some on a Sunday, some for mums and toddlers, and some for dads and little kids. Each one will be filled with fun activities and games, and a chance to hear a Bible story and sing some Bible songs. We value safety highly here at St John's and all our team members are fully DBS checked.
Baby Ark is our friendly Sunday morning creche for babies from 4 months up until they can walk confidently. New mums are welcome to come in and feed their babies. We will gladly look after your baby for you while you enjoy the service and will come and find you if your baby is unhappy or needs you.
Toddler Ark (1-2s) and Mini Ark (3-4s) welcome pre-schoolers from when they can walk confidently. We meet in the two halves of the basement hall during the Sunday service. We have a Bible story, a Bible-themed craft activity or colouring sheet, and there are lots of toys and activities for all to enjoy in free play.
This group meets on Wednesday mornings during the Women's Bible Groups. It welcomes all babies and pre-school children, to allow their mums to meet with others to study the Bible. Each week, there is time for free play, a short Bible story, some singing and a craft or colouring sheet.
Mummy & Me is our Monday morning term-time toddler group for mums and their babies, toddlers and pre-school children. It's a great place to meet other mums and support one another.
Daddy & Me is our monthly group for young kids and their dads. There are plenty of toys for the kids, bacon rolls for the dads and a Bible story for all. It's a great place to meet other dads in the area and make new friends.
